Here are a few questions that we have found come up with some regularity. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to send us an email and we'll be happy to answer it for you...then we'll probably add it to this list!

Where are your firearms training courses held?

K & C Firearms Training courses are held at several locations in Southern Nevada including Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City Nevada.

Do I need to have or own a gun to take the CCW class?

No, you do not need to provide your own firearm to take our courses, as our company rents both revolvers and semi-automatic handguns. Ammunition is also available for purchase if you do not provide your own. There are many brands of ammunition and we highly recommend it is factory purchased. In addition, NO Tracer, steel core penetrator ammunition is permitted.

It IS our recommendation, however that you DO bring your own firearm to the class, as learning to handle and becoming comfortable with your personal weapon is beneficial for everyone.

Can I bring a lunch or snacks?

Yes. We break for lunch, so you may bring food with you. Food is permitted in the classroom only.

Will I need eye and ear protection?

Yes, both eye and hearing protection will be required for your own safety. While we encourage you to bring your own, we also have equipment that you may use.

What other equipment will I need?

Just a notepad, pen or pencil, a highlighter, and a positive attitude!

What is the dress code?

Casual dress is fine, although we do not recommend loose clothing or low cut shirts, as hot brass from live fire will occasionally come in contact with the skin and can burn.  Closed toe shoes should be worn.

What time do the classes start?

Our classes begin at various times ... we can let you know what time your specific class starts when we register you for your course date.

Do you have gift certificates?
